The functions, duties and powers of the Assembly shall be as follows:-
(a) To determine the policy of the University,
(b) to guide the University,
(c) Conducting and managing the educational programs of the university (D) To do necessary work related to the establishment and connection of the campus (e) To determine and award various degrees to be awarded by the University,
(f) Giving instructions and guidance to the campuses of the university and affiliated campuses, (g) Determining the educational and administrative policies of various bodies under the university. (h) Formation of various committees, sub-committees or task forces according to the needs of the University,
(i) To approve the annual budget and program of the University (j) To discuss the annual report of the bodies under the university and to evaluate the program,
(k) To discuss and approve the audit report of the University (l) To pass rules relating to the University,
(d) Determining the service conditions of university officials, teachers and employees (d) Protecting the property of the University,
(n) To do other work as specified.
